Starting in Healdsburg, you can ride your Harley Davidson Westbound, taking you along the country roads, as they wind around many small vineyards, through the shade of towering Redwood Tree Forests, and arrive at the famous Sonoma County coastline. North or South from Jenner, Hwy 1 is legendary for it's smooth banked switchbacks, and world famous views. And you would be missing out on a great hometown treat, if you didn't stop at any number of restaurants, to sample the fresh local seafood, like barbequed oysters in the half shell, or our famous clam chowder, and did we mention the fresh Dungeness Crab from the Bodega Bay? Hey man, lets go.... I'm starving!

Let's ride North. Just a short ride up Hwy 101, through the world renowned Alexander Valley, following the meandering Russian River, past the Geysers, up through Ukiah and beyond to the Avenue of the Giants. These are some of the oldest and tallest living Redwood and Sequoia trees on the planet. Any direction you go go from here, will take you into Northern California's best kept secrets....you will be riding into the most beautiful and natural section of California. The fresh air, with a scent of pine trees, open valleys, fantastic roads.....it doesn't get much better than this.

Let's ride East. Eastbound on Hwy 128, through the Alexander Valley, takes you through the heart of Wine Country. This fantastic gem of a road, is one of our best kept secrets. Follow Hwy 128 to Calistoga, where Old Faithful Geyser still erupts every hour. Left turn, takes you up to Clearlake. The roads around the lake, are a full day of riding enjoyment, that would satisfy the most demanding enthusiast. After a day of exploring on your bike, you could see any one of a number of legendary bands, at the Conocti Harbor Resort. If you didn't turn left, and continued eastbound, you will be riding through the world famous, historic Napa Valley.

Or maybe..... You would like to go to Cow Mountain, for some off road excitement. Named for the longhorn cattle that once roamed wild, the 52,000-acre Cow Mountain Recreation Area offers a variety of recreational opportunities. The terrain is rugged, consisting mostly of steep, chaparral-covered slopes with scattered stands of fir, pine and oak. Elevations range from 800 to 4,000 feet. The area offers beautiful views of Ukiah and Clear Lake, over 31 miles of stream, 13 wildlife reservoirs, and habitat for blacktail deer, bear, wild turkey, and other upland species.
